Return Process

  Contact our customer experience team via our online portal or email after the mandatory 30-night break-in period to start your return or exchange process.

  Verification and Approval

  Provide your order number and photos of the product to confirm it is in a clean, donation-ready condition as required by our eco-friendly return policy.

  Removal and Donation

  Once approved, we will coordinate with a local non-profit organization or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.

  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive confirmation that the item has been successfully picked up or donated, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
